Melissa has worked in the mental health and substance use field for 10 years; providing therapy is her passion.

She truly loves being a therapist and working with people from all walks of life.

With a warm, nonjudgmental presence, she aims to create a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you work toward meaningful change and greater self-understanding.

She utilizes interventions from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

She is a strengths and solution focused therapist. Her priority is making therapy work for you by meeting you where you’re at but also encouraging stepping out of your comfort zone.
