Genna Henhaffer, MA, BCBA, ASDCS, ADOS-2 Certified

Hi! My name is Genne Hanhaffer, and I am a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), and ADOS-2 Certified through CHOP/Drexel’s Center for Autism Research. I specialize in providing autism evaluations, behavior consultations, and family-centered ABA services for children and adolescents across Gloucester County and South Jersey.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a specialization in Child Behavioral Services at Rowan University and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. I began my career at a private ABA center, delivering intensive early intervention to children ages 2-8 in both center-based and in-home settings for 7 years. I then transitioned into the school-based setting at Haddon Heights School District, working in special education classrooms for 4 years and collaborating closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, teachers, and families to support student success.

I’m a compassionate, nurturing, and neurodiversity-affirming clinician, deeply committed to improving the lives of families navigating autism, ADHD, and other developmental or behavioral challenges. I strive to be a calm, steady presence for both children and caregivers as they work through complex questions and transitions.

Creating this autism evaluation and behavioral consultation program at Aura Psych & Wellness is more than a professional milestone—it’s personal. I know how stressful and discouraging it can be to sit on a months-long waitlist, especially when early diagnosis and intervention are so critical. That’s why My mission is to create a space where every child can be seen, heard, and supported quickly and thoroughly—with warmth, precision, care, and heart.
